This change was precipitated by the pandemic and especially the lockdowns. In October of 2017, The BrickLink store was officially opened.

In May 19th 2020, BrickMayhem opened it's Brick Owl store.

In August 17, 2021, www.brickmayhem.com was registered and begun.

By 2025, Brick Mayhem's parts selection grew to a massive inventory of approx 50,000 parts and a reputation for being a high quality, honest and reliable seller in the LEGO community.

In 2026, due to the US Tariffs, two Canada Post Strikes and an over saturated market, Brick Mayhem's parts stores were closed and the business changed to selling bulk LEGO and renting LEGO for parties.
